Refund policy

Important information

If you are unsure of your purchase upon receipt of your product, please keep it in its original packaging until you have decided whether or not to keep it.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 28 days from the date you received it and as long as the item is in saleable condition. In this case, we will refund or exchange the item(s), excluding shipping costs.

Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from our online store and will be made in accordance with our online store terms of use.

Return shipping will be charged at standard shipping rates, based on your shipping location.

You can also return it to our physical store at Chillida Leku Museum.

Return a product

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact customer service using your order details, via email at store@museochillidaleku.com. Upon receipt of your return request, we will email you a return label to stick on your packaged items.

If you would like to arrange a return via home collection or drop off at a collection point, please let us know when submitting your return request and we will help you manage it.

When returning items to Chillida Leku Museum, make sure they are well packaged and protected for transport, inside the original packaging. You are responsible for each item until we receive it. All items will be inspected upon return.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will arrange a refund, excluding shipping charges, to be paid in accordance with our online store terms.
